2. Decision Making Bodies

	SACL has three decision making bodies:
	the General Meeting,
	the Board of Directors and
	the Executive Committee.
	The General Meeting, annually held in Tokyo, is the highest authoritative body
within SACL.
	At the Meeting, policies, budget and other major items are decided.
	The Board of Directors is composed of the president, the vice-presidents, the
managing directors and other directors.
	The Board meeting is held twice a year in Tokyo.
	The Board decides the executive policies on major items.
	The Executive Commlttee is composed of the managing directors and the
representatives of SACL members.
	The Committee meets six times a year.
	The Committee executes the plan based on the fundamental policies which are
approved by the General Meeting and the Board of Directors.
